Teeth Whitening Giveaway

  • The prize consists of one Teeth Whitening session at The Cosmetic Clinic and one Platinum Teeth Whitening Kit.
  • The prize package cannot be altered or exchanged for other treatments, products, or cash. If the winner does not wish to undergo the Teeth Whitening session, there will be no substitution or exchange for alternative treatments or products.
  • The Teeth Whitening session must be redeemed within 12 months of the announcement date. All appointments must be booked in advance, and cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the session.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be given to another person.

  • The prize consists of 6 laser hair removal sessions for an area of the winners’ choice.

Price Match Conditions

Price Match Skin and Laser Treatments:

  • Price match excludes skin products.
  • We will match any genuine and current advertised price on the same treatment using the same equipment and products.
  • The competitor advertised offer must be within a 10km radius of The Cosmetic Clinic location from which the client is claiming the price match.
  • Evidence of the published / advertised price must be provided at the time of booking.
  • Simply cut out the advertised price or offer and bring it into the clinic with you.
  • The Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to contact the competitor at any time to authenticate the current price.
  • The offer or treatment must be ‘like for like’. The client must purchase the same number of treatments as advertised by the competitor.
  • The Cosmetic Clinic does not price match a competitor’s price match promotion.
  • Subject to availability – the same technologies may not be available.
  • The price match discount cannot be applied to purchases that the client has already paid for or received.
  • Each client will require a full consultation and assessment, and The Cosmetic Clinic medical practitioners, nurses, and technicians reserve the right to determine suitable treatment for the client and can at any time refuse to treat.
  • The Cosmetic Clinic price match initiative can be reviewed and ceased at any time without prior notice.

Price Match on Injectable Treatment Conditions:

  • The Price Match offer is for injectable treatments only.
  • The Price Match offer will only apply to cosmetic injection treatments if the treatment requested by the client is required, directed and recommended for the individual client’s needs by one of our Cosmetic Injectors or Medical Practitioners.
  • We will match any genuine and current advertised price on the same treatment using the same equipment and products.
  • The competitor advertised offer must be within a 10km radius of the The Cosmetic Clinic location from which the client is claiming the Price Match offer.

Gift Cards, Gift Certificates & Gift Vouchers

Gift Cards Purchased in Clinic and Gift Certificates Purchased Online

  • Gift certificate/card is redeemable for products and services at any The Cosmetic Clinic location (unless otherwise stated).
  • Gift certificate/card is not redeemable for cash or credit.
  • No change can be given, however unused value will remain until the date of expiry on the certificate/card.
  • Valid for 24 months from issue.
  • Credit on a client’s file is valid for 12 months.
  • The client will need to complete a client registration form and attend a complimentary consultation prior to the commencement of treatment.
  • The Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to determine if the client is suitable for treatment and can at any time refuse to treat a client. If no other suitable product or service is available, the value of the certificate/card may be refunded or where applicable exchanged for a certificate or voucher for the shopping centre in which the outlet is located.

Standard Terms for Cosmetic Injectables

  • All cosmetic injectable treatments require pre-booking and consultation with our medical professionals prior to treatment.
    Cosmetic injectable clients must be considered medically suitable for treatment, following a consultation with one of our medical professionals (including Register Nurse / Nurse Practitioner and Doctor).
  • The Cosmetic Clinic medical practitioners reserve the right to determine suitable treatment for the client and can at any time refuse to treat.
    Complimentary consultations are for a period of 15 minutes or less, for any extended consultation requirements of 15 minutes or greater – additional fees may apply.
  • The price per area treated will depend on the number of units required and the product used for the treatment.
  • Advertised prices are based upon our minimum recommended dosage. More units may be required based upon technicians assessment of individual’s needs, desired outcome and genetic makeup (both men and women may vary).
  • The product names of anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers are not used in advertising by The Cosmetic Clinic. Please contact any of our clinic locations for further details.
  • All treatment packages can only be used by one customer within the one treatment appointment (all at one time).

Excessive Sweating – Underarms

  • All cosmetic injectable treatments require pre-booking and consultation with our medical professionals prior to treatment.
  • Cosmetic injectable clients must be considered medically suitable for treatment, following a consultation with one of our medical professionals (including Register Nurse / Nurse Practitioner and Doctor).
  • Complimentary consultations are for a period of 15 minutes or less, for any extended consultation requirements of 15 minutes or greater – additional fees may apply.
  • The advertised price is based on 300 units Dysport® per treatment. More units may be required based upon the Cosmetic Injector’s assessment of individual’s needs, desired outcome and genetic makeup (both men and women may vary). Should additional units be required, additional pricing is based upon our everyday anti-wrinkle treatment price of $5.50 per unit of Dysport®.
  • The treatment units can only be used by one customer within the one treatment appointment (all at one time).
  • The Cosmetic Clinic medical practitioners reserve the right to determine suitable treatment for the client and can at any time refuse to treat.

Cosmetic Injectables Anti-Wrinkle Treatment Packages – Dysport®

  • The following terms and conditions apply for the purchase of the following Anti-Wrinkle packages.
  • Pricing is a guideline only and may vary between locations:Forehead lines from $110:Price detailed above is for 20 units of Dysport® in total and is recommended for one treatment area.
  • Frown lines or Crow’s Feet from $275:Price detailed above is for 50 units of Dysport® in total and is recommend for one treatment area.
  • Two areas from $349:Price detailed above is for a maximum of 70 units of Dysport® in total and is recommended for two treatment areas (the forehead and either crow’s feet or frown lines).
  • Three areas from $599:Price detailed above is for a maximum of 120 units of Dysport® in total and is recommended for three treatment areas (forehead, crow’s feet and frown lines).
  • Clients may require less or more units to treat the selected area. If a client requires more than the number of units listed to treat the selected areas, additional payment will be required at the standard per unit Dysport® price. No refunds or reduction in price will be allowed if a client purchases a package but does not, or cannot safely, use all of the product units in the package in the one appointment.
  • The number of units actually administered will solely be at the discretion of the medical practitioner prescribing the product.
  • Possible areas for treatment may include frown lines, crow’s feet, or forehead lines.
  • Products purchased in a package can only be used in one appointment.

1. TCC allocated clinic for pre-paid services 

Clients pre-paid services were allocated to the last clinic they visited.

If Clear Skincare Clinics (CSC) Auckland CBD was the last clinic you received a treatment in, your CSC pre-paid treatments (that are not in the excluded treatment list) have been allocated to The Cosmetic Clinic Queen Street.

If CSC Newmarket was the last clinic you received a treatment in, your CSC pre-paid treatments (that are not in the excluded treatment list) have been allocated to The Cosmetic Clinic Newmarket.

If CSC Mission Bay the last clinic you received a treatment in, your CSC pre-paid treatments (that are not in the excluded treatment list) have been allocated to The Cosmetic Clinic Sylvia Park.

2. Auckland CBD, Newmarket, Sylvia Park CSC clients with pre-paid services that The Cosmetic Clinic does not offer

For CSC Auckland CBD, Newmarket, Sylvia Park clients that had prep-paid services for any of the below treatments – you can redeem these at any CSC(Howick, Milford, or Ponsonby):

  • Signature Acne Treatments/ Programs
  • Hydrafacials
  • Renuva Laser Resurfacing

3. Refund Terms and Conditions for CSC Clients

CSC clients with valid prepaid services, wishing to request a refund, will need to contact their local TCC clinic.

  • Approved refunds will have a 2 week processing period
  • Refunds on valid prepaid services that were purchased at CSC, must be requested prior to 31st December 2024
  • No refunds will be provided post the 31st December 2024 for change of mind
  • The CSC Customer Service team is no longer available in New Zealand from 14th September 2024

Valid Reasons for Extension
Clients may request an extension on the refund policy for valid reasons. Circumstances that will be considered, but not limited to, are:

Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: Clients experiencing pregnancy or breastfeeding may qualify for an extension.
Medical Conditions: Clients who are prescribed medication that affects their ability to utilise services may request an extension.

Refunds or Extensions Options
Extension Period: An extension for a maximum of one additional year (24 months from the original purchase date) for valid requests.

Refund Options:
Direct Refund to Client: Refunds can be issued back to the client’s original payment method.
Refund to Pre-Paid Credit (PPC): Clients may opt for a refund to their Pre-Paid Credit account for future use. Please note that PPC has an expiry period of 12 months.
Product or Treatment Credit: Refunds may also be applied toward the purchase of other products or treatments that the client is eligible for.

Proof Requirement
Clients requesting an extension or refund must provide appropriate proof of their situation. This may include medical documentation, travel itineraries, or any other relevant evidence to support their request.

4. Package Expiry 

Pre-paid packages from Clear Skincare will only be considered valid and accepted, if they are within the 18 month period from date of purchase.

5. Pre-Paid Services / Treatments  

CSC clients who have transferred to The Cosmetic Clinic with valid and existing pre-paid services cannot redeem promotional discounts off any pre purchased treatments.

Any ‘Addon’ treatments transferred to The Cosmetic Clinic, can only be booked and redeemed with a primary treatment. If no primary treatment was transferred across from CSC, clients will need to purchase a primary treatment at TCC to utilise their remaining ‘Addon’ treatments.

6. Transfer Terms for Clients

Client packages that have been transferred to a location of The Cosmetic Clinic, are eligible to transfer to another location once, as long as they have not redeemed any prepaid services at the original clinic. The available locations for transfer are:

The Cosmetic Clinic Queen Street
The Cosmetic Clinic Milford
The Cosmetic Clinic Howick
The Cosmetic Clinic Ponsonby

To initiate the transfer, please contact the clinic to which you were originally transferred.

7. CSC Chartwell Clients

Chartwell clients who have pre-paid for the following treatments (that are not part of the TCC offering), can contact TCC Centre Place (centreplace@thecosmeticclinic.co.nz) to request a refund:

  • Signature Acne Treatments/ Programs
  • Hydrafacials
  • Renuva Laser Resurfacing
  • Overnight Peel
  • Skin Gym Packages
  • Q-Switch
  • Skin Pen
  • Mole Removal
  • Skin tag removal
  • RF Needling/ RF Skin tightening
  • CSC Teeth whitening

8. The Cosmetic Clinic Consent Forms

In order to use your existing pre-paid services and/or your first treatment at any of The Cosmetic Clinics, you will be required to fill in our electronic consent form.

9. Treatment Photos

Photographs being taken before and after each treatment is a mandatory requirement for clients at The Cosmetic Clinic. These photographs will form part of your clinical record and will be used in accordance with The Cosmetic Clinic* Privacy Policy.

We offer amazing value in beautiful facilities with highly trained staff. To be able to do this, we have to protect our appointment availability via the following refund and cancellation policy:

  • The Cosmetic Clinic has a ‘no refund’ policy on purchases if you simply change your mind.
  • Treatments/services and service packages are not transferable to other individuals or clinics.
  • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation to allow time to reallocate your appointment to another client.
  • If you fail to attend an appointment without providing at least 24 hours prior notice, we reserve the right to charge you a $50 No Show or Late Cancellation fee. If you have pre-paid for an appointment and you fail to attend that appointment, you may forfeit one treatment from your package.
  • Refunds will be provided where required under New Zealand Consumer Law.
  • Please note that deposits paid for cosmetic injectable treatments are non-refundable, if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or fail to attend a booked appointment.
  • Refunds directly back to a client’s bank account, with the exception of payments originally made using cash, will incur a 5% administrative charge.

These terms and conditions are published by The Cosmetic Clinic New Zealand Limited, the country development licensee for The Cosmetic Clinic brand and system in New Zealand.

These terms and conditions apply to all sales and promotions by any The Cosmetic Clinic outlet in New Zealand unless an individual clinic advises otherwise.
The Cosmetic Clinic Limited has no obligations to, or relationship with customers of any The Cosmetic Clinic outlet.

Buy 1 get 1 free promotion applies to single treatments only.

Skin and Laser Add On’s cannot be purchased as a single treatment, add on’s can only be added on to a Skin or Laser Treatment where applicable. If the single treatment is wanted ie Underarms must be purchased at the treatment price listed on the website and in clinic.

Credit/Prepay Card can only be used at the clinic of original purchase and is only valid for 12 months.

Laser Hair Removal – A $49 shaving fee applies to clients who come to their appointment unprepared for the treatment.

Series and packages:

All standard laser hair removal and skin treatment packages are valid for 18 months from purchase.
All Teeth Whitening pre-purchased series are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase.

Clients may purchase the full body laser hair removal package at the prices set out in the marketing materials from time to time unless otherwise advised by individual locations.
The full body laser hair removal package excludes the face, the face is offered as a separate area for purchase at all of The Cosmetic Clinics. Full Body Laser includes all of the other laser hair removal areas offered by The Cosmetic Clinic, as set out in the marketing materials from time to time. This package does not include laser hair removal areas that are not currently offered by The Cosmetic Clinic.
Clients may elect to remove any area from their full-body laser hair removal package.
Clients must advise the staff at the time of purchase which areas they are nominating to be included in treatment.
No reduction in price is available where areas have been removed from the package.
Bookings must be made for all laser hair removal treatments.
Bookings for this package may not be available at all times on all days.
The package is not transferrable and cannot be split between clients.
Clients must pre-pay for this package.
Multiple pre-paid discount prices are available.

Complimentary Skin Consultations

A $49 shaving fee applies to clients who come to their appointment unprepared for the treatment.

Each client must have a complimentary consultation before any treatment is agreed to or undertaken.
The Cosmetic Clinic medical practitioners, nurses, and technicians reserve the right to determine suitable treatment for the client.

Pigment Peel

A single Pigment Peel treatment area is defined as approximately A4 size (21 cm x 29.7 cm). If the treatment area is larger than A4, clients will need to purchase 2x single series to ensure effective coverage. Treatments may vary based on individual skin conditions and desired outcomes.

Cosmelan Programme

Please note that all clients require prepping with the Mesoestetic Brightening Peel Booster which is included in the Cosmelan treatment cost. It is also recommended that clients have a High-Performance Microdermabrasion (valued at $179 and not included in the Cosmelan treatment cost prior to the Cosmelan Depigmentation Program) to enhance results. ProfhiloⓇ Bio Remodelling

We advise avoiding peels or any skin needling treatment 7 days prior to your Profhilo treatment. Book a FREE consultation to find out more about our ProfhiloⓇ Bio Remodelling treatment. Advise our doctors and nurses if you are taking blood-thinning medications (such as aspirin, warfarin or clopidogrel, etc), regardless of whether you are expecting to have treatment or just a consultation.

Lumixa Light Therapy

2 weeks prior to treatment day: topical prescription retinol must be stopped, must not have an active cold sore, and no waxing, laser or IPL in the area. If you are/have taken Accutane, or any other acne drug, you must stop use 6 months prior to treatment.
3 days prior: no recent sun exposure and sunbeds, stop using cosmeceutical retinol and AHA/BHA.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  Restylane is an unfunded Treatment that you pay for. Ask your Doctor if Restylane is right for you. Normal Doctors charges apply. Restylane is an injectable intradermal implant containing Hyaluronic acid, stabilized 20 mg/ml. Restylane is used for facial tissue augmentation and lip enhancement. Restylane should only be injected by a medical professional. Tell your medical professional if you have a bleeding disorder or if you are being treated with blood thinning medicines, or any other medicines you are taking.
