Now that Auckland is back in COVID Alert Level 3, our Auckland clinics are temporarily closed. So what does this mean for you? And what about our other clinics in other parts of New Zealand who are in Alert Level 2?

Auckland Clinics:
ALL AUCKLAND CLINICS ARE CLOSED WHILE IN COVID ALERT LEVEL 3.

For those clients who have appointments scheduled during the Lock-down period, we will call to reschedule your appointment once our Auckland clinics are able to re-open.

Re-booking for Auckland Clients:
We will be doing everything we can to ensure bookings missed due to the change in Alert Levels in Auckland will be re-booked and we will do our best to prioritise bookings based on dates and times booked. Please be patient with us, as we have a large number of re-bookings to make. We apologise if we don’t answer your call as we may be busy on the other phone lines with other clients. Please leave a message and rest assured that we will call you back. Given the potentially large volume of re-bookings, we do ask that you be flexible with your availability so that we can fit you in as early as possible.

Pre-Paid Series – 6 Week Expiry Extension (Auckland)
Please note: We will be extending the expiry dates for all Pre-Paid Series by SIX WEEKS for all Auckland clients.

All Other Clinics (outside of Auckland):
CLINICS OUTSIDE OF AUCKLAND ARE OPEN AND OPERATING UNDER ALERT LEVEL 2 PROTOCOLS.
