The Cosmetic Clinic: COVID-19 Update – We’ll see you again soon!

Given the announcement that we have now moved to Alert Level 3 and will move again to Level 4 tomorrow evening, we wanted to give our clients an update and some comfort in these difficult times.

Clinic Closures – effective TUESDAY 24 March 2020

Like all other ‘non-essential’ businesses, we will be forced to close our clinic doors as part of the move to Alert Level 4. We have decided, in the interests of the health & safety of our staff and our clients that we will shut all of our clinics at various different times today – Tuesday 24 March (not Wednesday 25 March).  Our doors will remain closed for at least 4 weeks, and let’s hope we can open them again soon thereafter.

Below are some simple Q&A’s to let you know what this means for you, especially if you have existing treatment bookings in place.

Now that we’re closed, what happens to your existing bookings?

For anyone with a treatment booking in the next 4 weeks, we will be in touch with you soon to reschedule your appointment.  Please rest assured that all existing treatment bookings will be honoured by The Cosmetic Clinic.

 

What if you’ve booked a Series of treatments?

For those clever cookies who have taken advantage of our Treatment Series (these are our very best everyday value prices) we also have good news. We will be extending Treatment Series expiry dates by 6 months at this stage, and this may be further extended if necessary. We will keep you posted of developments to these extensions.

 

How will you know when we’ve opened again?

Like everyone else, we’re unsure at this stage when we will be able to reopen.  We will, however, stay in contact with you throughout this unusual period, so you are kept as aware as possible.  We will do this by either email updates and/or posts on our social media channels, Facebook and Instagram.

 

If I can’t continue my Laser Hair Removal treatments, will that affect my results? 

Don’t stress, any results you have already achieved won’t be reversed. Once the clinics reopen we will assist you in strategizing a plan, so your laser will be back on track! In the meantime, we advise our clients to not buy an online DIY laser and encourage you to please be patient as our procedures are safer and better for your skin.

 

How do I get the best skin-care possible now that The Cosmetic Clinic services are not accessible?
